The Hollies at BJS

The Hollies at BJS before and after school club is held in school premises at the rear of the school. It is Ofsted regulated and is open each day Monday to Friday.
Mornings from 8.00 until 8.45am and evenings from 3.30 until 6.00pm

It is registered for 40 children at each session, and is operated by Holly Lodge Day Nursery owned by Christine Sargent which is based in Fareham Avenue, Rugby.

Holiday care can also be arranged. The club provides children with a range of interesting activities supervised by fully qualified staff and is very popular.

The before and after school club always offers several activities. Each evening we have a drawing and colouring table, games and jigsaws. We offer painting, junk modelling and at times cooking sessions. We have the use of three rooms, including the library where children may do their homework if they wish. The library is also used for sewing and knitting sessions for girls and boys.
When the weather is dry and not too cold we have use of the school's playground and the field area. We can often be found playing with skipping ropes, bats, balls and competing in sports activities. During the hot summer weather we also take out our drawing table and games and other activities outside.
