Childline

A counselling service for anyone under the age of 19 dealing with a wide range of issues. Free and confidential support available by phone, email, 1-2-1 counsellor chat, 'Ask Sam' online letters or community message boards. Other tools include a Calm Zone to help you feel better and a Mood Journal to track how you're feeling.

Young Minds

For urgent help there’s a free 24/7 Crisis Messenger service and for information on a whole range of issues and conditions, there are support guides, in-depth articles and video content available on the website. Resources are also provided for parents, schools and professionals to enable them to support young people effectively.

 

Kooth

A free, safe and anonymous place for 11 to 24-year-olds to find online support and counselling through a range of helpful features and tools. Plus, Kooth has recently launched a #DontDoItAlone mental health campaign – watch the video to find out more or visit the full campaign web page here.

The Mix

Digital support service offering free advice for a range of challenges faced by young people under 25. Support can be accessed through online articles and video content or you can speak to a member of the team by phone, email, webchat, crisis text messenger or 1-2-1 chat. There are also apps, discussion boards and group chats.
