Governors

On behalf of the Bilton Community Fedration Governing Body, we welcome you to our school. We are immensely proud of our team of staff and students who are committed to inspiring and challenging your child to enable them to achieve and work hard to provide a nurturing environment where all children feel safe and cared for.

 

Governors have a strong focus on 3 core strategic functions:

 

Ensuring a clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;

Holding the Headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils; and

Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.

 

Bilton Community Federation was formed on 1st April 2020 following the formal consultation with all stakeholders.
